The biggest challenge in modern business is the lack of time to do what needs to be done.

For this reason, Paul Wilson started ICNTR Inc, a Silicon Valley software business that implements a set of processes that can achieve hyper-efficiency in managing business growth, the key responsibility of management, thereby creating more time to focus on actual business innovation, change and success™, and not the emails, documents and meetings that seem to seek to create workplace chaos.

It is ICNTR’s hypothesis that current work methods aim only to write data about data, and then create more data about that data, thereby filling our email boxes, and creating massive document repositories with no link to strategic value, or metric creation that can feed to Progress Dashboards.

This leaves the business of managing growth relatively unstructured, unsystematic and the progress thereof, relatively incomprehensible to business leaders.
