ICE is a global network of high-growth founders who wish to support and accelerate tech entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.

Since 2009, we’ve been improving the professional and personal lives of our members, creating a trusted community that shares ideas, challenges, vulnerabilities and (occasionally one too many) jager shots. We care about meaningful connections, widening access to investors and services, and about having fun. We organise two annual trips away from the 9-5, as well as mini-trips throughout the year for our members to connect, relax, get inspired and have a damn good time.

With our key values front and centre: growth, kinship, contribution, respect and over-funning, we bring together bold, authentic leaders who want to share their experiences, frustrations and successes. Our aim is to make us all better, more interesting and more interested people - both in the office and out of it.
