Then, the wholesalers submit their pricing policy which is directed anonymously to the specific retailer’ s quote. From there, the retailer picks the best offer from a list of credible wholesalers due to blockchain technology. Once chosen, the wholesaler’ s information are revealed and he has to deliver the order to the retailer. Only in that case he is charged a fee of 3% of the orders price as a commission.
