Our customers are all commercial buildings in NYC (all 5 boroughs) over 50,000 square feet (most of them are). We help them comply with NYC Local Law 84 and Local Law 87 which were put in place to track a buildings energy usage and limit energy waste.

We are experts in the field. We help people comply with the law, save on energy usage and consumption which improves their bottom line as well. So it's a win/win all around.

We are in the process of developing additional verticals within the same space (energy conservation) to provide additional value to our existing customer base.
