Young professionals struggle to find a perfect transition from university into the industry. Don’t get us wrong, universities are great. They offer students to learn more about their subject and develop lifelong friendships. But, they often fail to prepare young professionals for the working world adequately. That's why getting the transition from university to the working world right is our goal. With us, young professionals find impactful work, learn from industry experts, and grow their careers together. We believe that the future of learning is cohort-based and perfectly integrated into work. So, we start off with a start-up program where young professionals get up-skilled next to working full-time and join a global community of like-minded peers. But that is just the start. Currently, we’re fortunate to partner with some of the best people in the space and are backed by world-class investors and have raised one of Europe's biggest Ed-Tech Pre-Seed Rounds in the last year. By 2030, we will have enabled 1 million young professionals to learn the skills to succeed in the future of work and find their dream jobs.
