Who We Are:
Founded in 2021, HUSSLUP is a Techstars Comcast Ventures backed company building a disruptive, category-leading business. We are a small, creative, collaborative team. We believe in a flat org where everyone contributes to building our success and to transforming Hollywood. We embrace diversity of people and ideas on our team.

Our product is in demand at the largest media companies in the world. We're a fully remote team and pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation, base salary, and equity compensation. The company is based in Los Angeles, CA.

What We Are Building:
We live in a digital world where content is being streamed everywhere, yet networking and staffing in media and entertainment haven’t changed for decades. The current system is still based on one-to-one relationships and personal cliques. Reps search for new clients through nightly outings and a lot of legwork, and execs make lots of calls and manage lots of spreadsheets to staff a single freelance creator. On the other side, new and diverse creatives really struggle to break into the business.

Enter HUSSLUP. Using robust data and an elegant interface, our networked marketplace offers an end-to-end solution to make the discovery and staffing process more efficient. Our searchable community is built on professional profiles that connect 50M creatives of all kinds and at all levels (eg; producers, writers, directors, editors, production designers, etc) to each other and to the reps and execs who need them.
