Hushl is a VC-backed, early-stage startup based out of Bangalore. We’re looking to disrupt the way people take career decisions. We enable young adults to explore, engage and experiment with different career options by participating in micro-communities, professional-led projects, and in-house content. We believe that in the future conventional learning in schools and universities will be somewhat replaced by online education for most jobs. Also, career decision-making uses bad proxies like advice from parents and friends and misleading or incomplete information about a career option. We believe that the future of career decision-making is very similar to how people decide to find a partner on a dating app like Bumble, Tinder, etc. Like dating app allows people to engage with different partners and open a worldview; similarly, we want to do that with career options through Hushl. As a startup in its nascent stage, we offer a high learning curve at the workplace and the freedom to ideate and discuss the new products that can roll out in the future. With a flat organizational structure, you will work closely with the cofounders and be part of and contribute to the crucial decision-making processes.
