Humanyze covers 100% of employees’ health and dental coverage and 50% of spouse and family health coverage. We have a 12 week paid mandatory maternity and paternity leave policy. We offer a simple IRA with company matching.

Work/life balance

Happy employees are productive employees. We measure workloads to ensure that teams have balanced schedules. We offer federal holidays off and 15 vacation days per year. There is also a "summer bonus week" where employees can choose one of 2 weeks and get 5 days of vacation by only using 3 vacation days. Our offices are closed the week between Christmas and New Years.
