Our belief is that great customer service requires a mix of AI to automate service at scale, but also real humans to resolve more complex customer needs. Our core technology implements that belief, blending AI and human responses to customer questions. Our platform is currently live and in the process of being deployed across 1200 rooms. HumaniseAI was founded in August 2017 by the former European CTO for IBM Watson and two of the top Watson software engineers.
