Huma is currently operating as a lean founding team and preparing for rapid growth in the near future. We’re setting up our systems now so new team members can join with strong momentum when the timing is right. We will soon be hiring especially for these roles: • Unity Developer (Mid–Senior) To build game mechanics, AR interactions, and AI mentor behaviors. • Game Designer To design gamified learning journeys, educational mini-missions, and engaging gameplay mechanics. • 3D / 2D Artist & Animator To expand Huma’s character universe and create animations and visual content. • AI Engineer (NLP / Personalization) To develop our mentor intelligence, personalization engine, and learning models. • Growth & Community Manager To build a strong community of families, children, and schools. • Pedagogue / Learning Specialist To ensure pedagogical accuracy, structure learning paths, and integrate child development needs into the model. • Classroom Teacher / Early Childhood Teacher For content validation, early user feedback, and reviewing educational accuracy of learning missions.
