Everybody wants your parents and grand-parents to use Internet. It will cut costs, bring service providers closer to them, help them stay socially connected, stimulated, it will even be a useful screen for all the connected objects and home automation tools they needs to stay as long as possible in their own home.

The only problem to this is that regular computers are still too complicated for many people, and tablets for seniors are wrong: weak customer empowerment, low cost hardware with high margin, no support.

We took it the other way.

Our users design their own Tabbya interface, they decide how many buttons they want on the screen. And they receives live video coaching directly on their tablet. It's like Amazon Mayday for seniors: a friendly coach that helps users and even makes screen annotations to show them what to do. It works on Samsung Galaxy Tab series.
