Administer the Azure tenant, including subscriptions, resource groups, and configuration of core Azure services
Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity synchronization, Entra SSO, and conditional access policies
Prepare and package production-ready files for print and digital execution, including bleeds, color profiles, image resolution, and preflight standards
Build layouts, mechanicals, asset resizes, and campaign versioning across multiple formats and channels
Log, prioritize, and resolve technical incidents and service requests across multi-state restaurant locations and the RSC via phone, email, chat, and Freshservice
Ensure timely resolution and closure in alignment with SLAs and KPIs
