HDHK’s founder, Derek Tye, is president of an award-winning real estate company in Cincinnati. He has been married to Jessica, his wife and business partner, for a happy 18 years. Jessica is a dedicated volunteer and a great inspiration for the app’s approach to women and relationships. The couple has five children. Jefferson Schuler, the lead app designer, has over 20 years of IT experience and a strong passion for creating apps that help people. He has been happily married to his wife, Alison, for 17 years, and they have two children.
