We sell properties for a fixed fee of 4500 euros (around one 5th of the price asked by traditional agents), delivering an outstanding experience at the same time.

We take care of 100% of the sale (estimation, professional pictures, virtual tour, advertising, negociation and qualification of buyers and post-offer addministrative work).

Our clients pay only if the sale is done.
