People at HOPU

Although all the members are essential in this business, there are four people who have a key role in this organization because of their position as head of department. 1. Antonio Jara (CEO & Founder) has a computer engineering, M.S. degree in advanced Information and Telematics Technologies, a master in business administration and a PhD in computer Science. His work experience started in 2007 when he worked as researcher in the University of Murcia, in United Technologies Research Center (UTRC) in Ireland and in the IEEE as a co-chair. He setted up HOP Ubiquitous in 2013. 2. David Fernandez (Head of Embedded software and Hardware department & Co-Founder) has a degree in Computer Sciences Engineering and a master of Engineering in Ubiquitous Computing both of them in the University of Murcia. His work experience started in the University of Murcia when he took part in the research team by 2011. He also worked at software engineer at viBrain Solution. 3. Andrea Gomez (Head of communication department) has a fine Arts Degree and an official master in research and disseminations of the artistic and cultural heritage both in the University of Murcia. She also has a master in Marketing and Communication and PhD in marketing and communication both in The Catholic University of Murcia. She started to work as a Graphic designer at CJ Ingenieria for two year. Then, she moved to ARQUIA and Dreamtech5 in which she worked as a designer or commercial. 4. German Molina (Head of Software department) has a degree in computer engineering in the University of Murcia and a course in Hyperledger- Blockchain. He has worked in the calculation department in the University of Murcia and in Tennis Ace inc. The work team is integrated by young people with updating ideas highly motivated. There are also many professional profiles from economics to Embedded software by being able to develop tasks in many different situations.
