Hoongke Technologies is a South Korea–based startup building products that help founders and global teams communicate across languages and access practical business expertise.

We are developing two projects:

Oyake — Real-time AI captioning and translation for business meetings, investor pitches, and conferences. Oyake helps international customers, partners, and audiences follow conversations across languages.

Oyate — A 1:1 mentoring marketplace connecting founders with experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts for paid conversations about specific business challenges, including customer acquisition, market entry, and fundraising. The platform is currently in development.

Our goal is to make cross-border communication and relevant expertise more accessible.

Selected for South Korea’s Pre-TIPS startup support program in 2026, we are currently focused on validating demand, refining our products, and acquiring early paying customers. Customer interviews, pricing experiments, and direct outreach guide our decisions.

Early team members will work directly with the founder across product development, market validation, go-to-market execution, sales, and marketing. We value initiative, ownership, and the ability to turn customer feedback into action.

We welcome business, marketing, product, and technical backgrounds. We particularly welcome people who communicate effectively in both Korean and English, enjoy initiating conversations and building relationships, and proactively identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
