After interviewing and befriending many of these small-time landlords we recognized an outdated and old fashioned system of check collection, excel management and faxing. We want to bring this system into the 21st century with an easy to use, mobile-friendly software.

Homeward is a software solution helping small-time landlords (under 50 units) manage their properties. We are a 360 solution that helps landlords process payments, communicate with tenants, screen tenants, perform bookkeeping, post leases and more.

Our goal is to be the one-stop-shop for all property management solutions.

Our team has worked in Real Estate and currently manages and owns property across three states. Our team has experience in starting software companies with multiple successful exits in our track record.
