HomeVision exists to build a more equitable and stable housing market through accurate, efficient, and transparent valuations.

We are digitizing the home appraisal and valuation process, allowing any homeowner, lender, or investor to quickly get an accurate appraisal that can be used for buying a new home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or financing a group of properties. We are bringing together better managing scheduling and logistics of a site visit (think Uber for home inspections), more efficient tools for inspection (Computer Vision, remote data capture and smart workflows), greater use of data (accessing public records, MLS history, and other proprietary data) and intuitive design (you should see what existing software looks like!). This combination of tools and technology will allow us to dramatically reduce the time it takes to get an appraisal completed, with a lower cost and less labor. More importantly, the ecosystem we are building will allow appraisers to complete remote appraisals, leveraging the homeowner as photographer, using real time video, image capture and computer vision.
