HomeKasa is a cloud-based software that simplifies buying, managing, and living in a house for owners, investors, and tenants by showing all financial transactions, communications, and paperwork, and providing screening and financial modeling tools. It’s like Mint for houses. We founded this company because we are real estate investors ourselves and there are no good tools for managing homes. As we looked to find software to make our lives as busy real-estate investors we found archaic tools provided by companies that have not innovated since the early 2000s!! When we wanted to do a property inspected we thought we could walk through the property with our phone, take pictures, make notes, e-sign the inspection report, and share the link with the tenants. Imagine our horror when the leading property management software wanted us to download and print a PDF file, fill it in, scan it and upload it back again. What? Tools for owners, investors, and even tenants are stuck in the past. HomeKasa sets out to change all of that. Our vision enables owners, investors, tenants, real estate agents, and even property managers to manage all the aspects of real estate with a simple tool, all in one place.
