Homecast® is an online real estate marketing service with the goal of redefining the way sellers connect their homes with buyers online. The purpose is to achieve a new paradigm that better aligns the costs associated with marketing and selling a home with the actual work effort and compensation paid. The home seller possesses the required information to create their own online home listing. Yet, they don’t have MLS access for mass distribution online. Homecast provides an alternative to the real estate agent for marketing and distributing the property data to reach prospective buyers directly.

The Homecast development team has developed technology designed to assist sellers in translating their property information into a real home listing on the MLS, without the need for a traditional brokerage. The ultimate goal is to build direct connections between buyers and sellers online, resulting in the savings of upward of tens of thousands of dollars in real estate commissions.
