• Lead and grow a team of high-performing data scientists; mentor them to think like product and business owners
• Support end-to-end delivery of models powering product features (e.g., scheduling, hiring, payroll, pricing, personalization) and internal systems (e.g., sales/marketing targeting)

• Own data-in. Build and run CDC and streaming pipelines (Kafka, Debezium, Spark streaming into Delta), including replay, restream, and ingestion SLAs.
• Own the data platform. Manage Databricks, Unity Catalog, warehouses, and Terraform, with CI/CD and DAB deploys for data infrastructure.

• Understand what data every marketer needs, where it lives, and where the gaps are, and be the front door for getting it delivered quickly.
• Build self-serve paths for common needs such as segments and audiences, and test implementations end to end with Lifecycle and Engineering.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across chat, email, and phone while supporting customers using Homebase Payroll.
• Become a trusted expert in payroll workflows, including payroll processing, tax setup, direct deposit, employee onboarding, payroll corrections, and year-end payroll activities within Homebase.

• Monitor intraday performance and make real-time staffing adjustments to ensure service level goals are achieved.
• Build and maintain interim schedules based on customer demand, staffing changes, and business priorities.

• Lead the technical design and implementation of new GTM (Go-to-Market) tools and platforms that drive scale, automation, and growth.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Data, Analytics, and Product to translate business needs into well-scoped technical solutions.

• Access and visitor experience: Own front-door coverage and office access for employees, guests, and vendors

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Enablement team, setting priorities, coaching for growth, and driving consistent execution.
• Own Homebase's revenue enablement strategy, including onboarding, continuous learning, certifications, and programs that improve ramp time and sales productivity.

• Support the design and development of scalable full-stack systems using React (frontend) and Ruby on Rails (backend)

• Build complex features end-to-end—from ideation to production—focused on Hiring Assistant workflows

• Run a high-volume outbound motion — 100+ dials and 150+ total touches per day across calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Prospect and qualify small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage teams

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of software engineers building the HB Assistant platform and product across web and mobile.
• Own end-to-end delivery of your area — from technical planning and architecture through shipping, quality, and reliability.

• Contribute to the shared ownership of Salesforce—driving adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations as part of a collaborative ownership model.
