Home Matcher is creating a new way to buy and sell homes in New York.

A large number of homes get sold in New York without ever being listed on Streeteasy, Zillow or anywhere else, and we help buyers get access to those off-market homes. We also help buyers get "first look" on properties before they hit the market, so they get a shot at acting quickly, before the other buyers who are not in our platform. And because we charge sellers a much smaller commission than traditional brokers, those savings can be split between buyers and sellers.

We give sellers the opportunity to precisely identify qualified buyers who are looking for a home just like theirs before they list their homes and/or commit to an exclusive listing agreement, and we also help them sell quickly, privately and at a deeply discounted commission.
