• Define system architecture, operational concepts, and technical requirements for advanced product development.
• Develop and manage system requirements, interface definitions, specifications, and requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle.

• Monitoring of NA Warranty Issue - daily check of customer Warranty issues
• Initial investigation of issued Warranty parts -

• Receive and classify warranty claims submitted by OEM customers; conduct technical review to assess claim validity and accuracy
• Initiate and prepare dispute submissions with technical justification where claims are determined to be invalid or inaccurate; register decisions in the customer’s warranty management system

• Leading Production Engineering team members as HOP and coordinate tasks with relevant team in the organization
• Communicate with Global Production Engineering HQ in Korea as a counterpart and lead the tasks directed by GPE team.
