All of this excess capacity leads to billions of empty seats, resulting in congestion and pollution. At Hitch, we're building a marketplace that helps connect those empty seats with riders who are headed in the same direction. Unlike, traditional rideshare services, drivers aren't going out of their way to service trips and make money. With that said, we meticulously focus on the sensitive relationship between convenience and earnings for the driver. Specifically, focused immensely on the former part of the ratio - convenience. For the rider, we're continuously working to enhance each frame of their experience without taking away from the driver's experience. We offer 7 departures a day and more pick-up and drop-off locations than any of the incumbents, thereby delivering the most flexible and convenient way to travel - all for just $25.
