• Work with a team of applications engineers to design custom automation lines for customers nationwide in a variety of industries.
• Collaborate with applications, mechanical, and controls engineers to brainstorm and vet automation solutions, while learning about the automation industry.

• Work with cross-functional teams to conduct and document investigations of NCRs, complaints, and CAPAs, providing effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and analyze quality metrics, yield trends, and defect data to identify risks and drive measurable improvements.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, plant engineers, operations teams, and IT leaders to define solution architecture aligned with manufacturing strategy and business objectives.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, PLCs, HMI, DCS, and machine reliability platforms with enterprise applications including ERP, PLM, QMS, and Maximo.

• Analyze and understand TCMS system requirements, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate and contribute to technical meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support the definition and resolution of technical issues.

• Lead the design, development, testing, and integration of high-complexity software components and functional areas within operationally critical and safety-critical systems.
• Analyze customer needs and lifecycle requirements through studies, simulations, prototypes, models, and other engineering methods.

• Lead technical GIS (Gas-Insulated Switchgear) substation projects from concept development through installation.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Drive manufacturing improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.

• Own customer projects and orders from Sales handoff through execution, customer validation, invoicing, and payment confirmation.
