As a founder of a small company, I experienced the pain of managing the recruiting process with all the details and the tasks to ensure, while having the full awareness of how it is vital to do it right for the growth and sustainability of the business. I was missing clarity and feeling frustrated with losing talents in hand or bad recruiting experience for our candidates, looking around for solutions, no product offers matched with our business specific needs, neither have the tools to help us to understand the dynamic of what we are doing and what to improve. From that point we decided to launch a side project to tackle this pain with a different approach inspired from the IT and the Industry, of: full visual view, Task oriented, automatic assistance for human decision (not AI) and tools for insights on the operations to learn and adjust. Using the product for our recruitment operations during the development journey till today, helped us a lot to learn more, adjust and improve our solutions for the faced pains. Talking to people and following the digital recruiting solutions market growth, it was crystal clear for us that there is a momentum of adoption for the product that can bring the right solution for SMEs, and that we aim to fill that space.
