HireHand (HH) is an exciting new start-up that is disrupting the recruitment & staffing industries. We provide pop-up staff to pop-up food and retail traders, as well as other small businesses in London, via an online service that matches businesses in need with our talent pool of experienced and motivated individuals, including people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Since formally incorporating in January 2015, HH has experienced rapid growth in the street food industry and now serves dozens of traders including 12 of the top 30 traders in London (as voted by TimeOut) at some of the most prominent markets in the capital (e.g. Borough Market). After securing initial funding, we are currently in growth phase – expanding our team, extending our work in the pop-up market and diversifying into other customer segments. In this early stage of the business and development, team members will have a real opportunity to gain experience across the entire business and shape the strategy, operations and marketing of HireHand.
