As we form our core team, we're looking for candidates within 1-2 hours of North & South American time zones, but we’ll expand this as we grow. Burst model. In-person meetings can be far more productive for certain types of work and phases in a project lifecycle. If necessary, we’ll travel to do “bursts” on different projects. At a minimum, we will all congregate for an offsite at least once per quarter, in a fun and interesting environment. We are decentralized, non-custodial, and international by default. As a crypto-first company, we have the opportunity to build at the earliest stages of a shift towards more open, decentralized, non-custodial and international-by-default models. We’ll use the principles of web3 to evaluate our thinking and test the limits of what’s possible.
