Mary thinks with the incredible advancements in technology it should be easy for older adults to have groceries delivered, get a ride to an appointment, and stay connected with loved ones. IT’S NOT. There are almost 300,000 health apps,1000s of services and 100s of new tech startups to enhance the quality of life of older adults and to ease the burden on their caregivers. Still, caregivers feel they do not have any help and seniors have a hard time living alone in their homes. Because it’s difficult for caregivers to find the right solution (CURATION of SERVICES) and it’s even harder for seniors to utilize those (USER INTERFACE) services.
