Helpwise lets you setup collaborative mailboxes for your team email address. Your team members get their own separate logins which they can use to reply to emails on a team email address.

By team email address we mean, email addresses like [email protected] or [email protected]. Usually, team members share account login to such emails which create chaos, confusion & you can't differentiate b/w performers and laggards.

With Shared Inbox, you don't have to share the password for your team email address as every team member has his/her own login to access that email. Along with that, you get options to assign threads to the right people, create workflow rules to automate tasks and also, chat with your colleagues within the email thread to send the right response every time.

It also saves you from sending duplicate and contradictory replies to customer emails.
