Culture and benefits at Heights
Culture overview
Everything we do at Heights stems from our values; Pursue Potential with Purpose Take The Initiative Keep a sense of humour and humility As such we hire independent thinkers who are on a continual journey of personal development, constantly questioning themselves how they can be better, do more, and improve the quality of their questions. We have a strong emphasis on direct and timely feedback, and as such the team have a low ego and yearn for finding out how they can improve at every task. We do 360 feedback, regular reviews, and believe to fully trust one another we need to hold exceptionally high standards in order to succeed. As a braincare company, we are of course all really into wellness and mental health, and do team activities together to facilitate this (for example over zoom, of course). We measure everything meticulously and have a very open and transparent culture but make sure we aren't taking work too seriously, too - after all, it's only worth the hard work if it's fun too!
Full health insurance
We cover all health insurance including alternative therapies.
Mental health cover
We offer full mental health cover including therapy.
We are a remote first team
We didn't hire our first employee until March 2020, so we've always been remote so far due to COVID and it's worked well so far. We offer employees credits to use on Hubble Pass which allows remote working in co work spaces across the UK.
£100 a month for health and wellness
We use a platform called Juno and members can use anything they want on there, from apps to peloton to food and massages - it's yours to use how you want, in whatever way will help your wellness improve.
