First to market full independent clinical Preferred Provider Network (PPO) for insurers, third party administrators (TPA’s) with an added health and wellness retail PPO network. The company is building a national network of clinical and retail providers organized into “Healthsphere “Communities” . It consists of PPO contracts with “providers” consist of product and service discounts of 15-80% for members. Clinical network consists of pharmacies, dentists, chiropractor, opticians etc. Retail network consists of gyms, outdoor lifestyle, yoga, natural foods, farms, nutritionists etc. All providers can apply to consult with groups, blog content and offer time sensitive offers for products, advisory services, content, participate in expositions and webinars via an “exchange”. Markets – insurers, TPA’s, uninsured members, business associations, employers, credit card companies, loyalty programs – direct or through private label opportunities. The company is building IT for health metrics.
