Close consideration of modeling profiles, cold forging, die casting, and CNC processes are examined before entering the mold making process.Our designers make multiple tests while considering the lighting environment to better grasp the optical angles and adjust the outside shape and lamp curvatures before the final multi-polishing stages. Each design takes multiple aspects into consideration, including heat dissipation, luminous flux, and product life span. The final processed material is electroplated layer by layer, and the shape of each product is closely checked to meet H&C standards.
