Haven Connect brings affordable housing leasing and waitlist management software into the 21st century by connecting low-income applicants and property managers. That matters since it takes between 2-10 years to get into affordable housing, and since property managers are legally obligated to mail out letters to each person waiting to get into each property, every single year. Any applicant who doesn't respond to the annual letter is pulled off the list and loses their shot at housing at that property.

We solve that problem by allowing applicants to update their information online as well as by mail. This helps property managers with reduced data entry, client phone calls, and returned mail. Our software allows property managers to communicate with applicants at scale through online tools that magically send real, physical mail through USPS via the internet, as well as by email and text. Thus, property managers are able to fill vacancies faster by finding qualified applicants faster.
