Jobs at Hashtag Monday

What started off as an email marketing agency, quickly morphed into a full stack retention marketing agency, simply because we felt that with rising ad costs and Zuck inhaling every last bit of profit our partners were able to hold onto—we needed to do more. We quickly went back to the drawing board and focused all of our efforts on generating predictable and profitable revenue for our partners. Since 2020, Hashtag Monday has worked with over 40+ DTC 7&8 figure e-comm brands—two of which have received Shark Tank investment, and 2 of which have exited their business for 9 figures. We’re currently a Klaviyo Gold Partner and have our eyes on that Platinum status before the end of the year. We’re a small but mighty team of 12 based all over the globe, with big aspirations and a really strong focus on staff wellbeing whilst working towards 4 day work weeks in Q2 2023. Hashtag Monday is the next generation of start-ups to shake the industry—you in?
