Cannabis must be decarbed (activated) before it can work in your body. Traditional decarb methods destroy the entourage effect - the distinct effects of each strain. Our patented technology, LACY, can decarb cannabis while preserving 100% of the entourage effect from plant to product, to person. In doing so, we unlock the true versatility of cannabis, bridging the gap between cannabis and medicine. First there was isolate, then broad and full spectrum, and now - thanks to our technology (LACY) - there is total spectrum. We are raising $3M dollars at a $30M valuation, and 1/3 of our round is already taken. With these funds we plan to file 22 new patents and to launch our total spectrum THC and CBD brands (a few products shown below). From there, we plan to expand into new markets via national and international licensing, positioning our IP division for acquisition by a large pharmaceutical company and our THC and CBD divisions for acquisition by a large CPG company or a cannabis MSO (multi-state operator).
