Happy Companies is a SAAS startup based out of SoCal (Temecula to be specific), building an innovative tech platform to help companies enable their people to work and communicate more effectively together. We are solving one of the world’s biggest problems for companies, how people can better understand their quirky coworkers. At it's core, it's about helping people build a user manual on how to best work with themselves, and wrapping it with AI-driven coaching and a suite of powerful tools. Happy’s platform will offers AI-driven guidance, coaching, and valuable insights that are available anytime and anywhere.

Current World vs. Happy World: In the current world–interpersonal relationships and workplace communication is the job of your employee to figure out. In the Happy world–every coworker and manager is given tools to reduce time on these tasks, giving them more time to do what you hired them to do. For example: you didn't hire “Bob” to figure out how to motivate or avoid triggers for “Ian”. You hired Bob to manage marketing, and Ian as a project leader. They have to be able to work effectively together. Happy reduces the time that Bob and Ian spend figuring out this dynamic, and lets them put more brain cycles into getting things done.
