We are experienced founders ourselves, and help busy US founders identify talent, especially from places we are better suited finding them (LatAm).

We usually have roles open in the following formats:
Contract-to-hire: Work with your talent for a few weeks or months to decide if you'd like to bring them on full-time.
Contract: If you only have a short-term position open, not a problem! We can help find candidates who prefer these arrangements and excel at short-term projects.
Direct Hire: We can work with you to find and vet the candidates to your standards, while also including your own interview loop (if desired).
