Own the product roadmap for H1's HCP intelligence platform — from profile completeness and data freshness to user-facing workflows for medical affairs teams

Conduct ongoing discovery with medical affairs users including MSLs, KOL managers, and medical directors to surface unmet needs and validate product direction

Lead end-to-end design initiatives across H1's Clinical, Medical, Commercial, and Data products

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, and Customer-facing teams to deeply understand user workflows, business objectives, and product challenges

Architect, build, and scale distributed ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale ingestion frameworks across structured and unstructured healthcare datasets.

Lead the evolution of H1’s Data Lake architecture with a focus on scalability, observability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Lead the design, optimization, and scalability of distributed Spark/PySpark pipelines powering entity resolution and large-scale healthcare data processing.

Own systems supporting automatching, identity mapping, grouping logic, deduplication, enrichment, and auto-approval workflows across healthcare provider and organization datasets.
