GUIDE is a digital platform that every person can use to resolve past trauma, thrive in their present life, and build a hopeful future. GUIDE uses daily, micro-learning practices combined with a peer support community to improve their mental and emotional well-being and provide personal, professional, and community development. GUIDE addresses precursors to suicide—stress, loneliness, negative self-esteem, and emotional and mental trauma—with proven practices from personal development, positive psychology, transformational learning, and theories on ego development, including aspects of one-on-one coaching that are normally only available to top executives and sports superstars.
