The Fair-Haired Dumbbell is an adventurously-designed office building with ground floor retail in the heart of Portland, Oregon. Construction will start in May 2016 and the building will be fully occupied by Q2 2017.
Guerrilla Development is targeting Creative Class A office tenants and strong retail tenants. The building is already 44% preleased.
Investors will have preferred equity at an 8% annual return for a 3-5 year term. We are utilizing an SEC- and State-qualified Regulation A offering to solicit investment. Investors in OR, WA, CA, and DC are invited to participate, and soon we'll add VA and MA to that list.
