Jobs at Guava

• Own Guava's self-serve funnel end to end: signup, onboarding, time-to-first-call, and conversion from trial to paid usage.
• Define and execute Guava's product-led growth strategy, in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, and sales.

• Design, write, and maintain test plans for voice agent conversational flows, including edge cases, interruptions, accents, and noisy audio conditions.
• Build and maintain automated test suites for backend APIs and integrations (regression, functional, and end-to-end).

• Design, train, and evaluate ML models across Guava's platform: ASR, TTS, intent recognition, dialogue systems, summarization, and related NLP/NLU tasks.
• Build and maintain LLM-based components in production — prompting, fine-tuning, structured outputs, tool calling, and retrieval where appropriate.

• Take ownership of Guava's existing budget, forecasting, monthly close, cash-planning, and financial-reporting processes.
• Manage the relationship with Guava's outside finance and accounting partner, ensuring that work is accurate, timely, and responsive to the needs of the business.

• Own security architecture and hardening across our cloud infrastructure, voice pipeline, and internal systems.
• Design and implement security controls for identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption, and secrets management.
