Aeroponic Cultivation
Using NASA-designed aeroponic technology, seeds are germinated and grown in a fully controlled warehouse environment in Aargau, Switzerland, powered by renewable, sustainable sources. No chemicals, pesticides, herbicides or fungicides.

Robotic Harvesting
Our plants are harvested using a fully automated robot picker that monitors quality and freshness at each step. Every aspect of our production is designed to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Plastic-free Packaging
Our greens are weighed and packed automatically into plastic-free compostable bags then held in a cold house for the shortest possible time until delivery to restaurants, bars, hotels and consumers across the country.
