Gridizen is the first PropTech to automate ESG reporting for the UK Housing sector. There is governmental pressure on housing providers to report on ESG, and Gridizen is currently the only technical solution for this.

We also integrate with several IoT devices to help property managers meet compulsory Net Zero targets and enhance health and safety reporting.

Gridizen is B2B, and clients pay on a SaaS model. We went live in Q2 2021 and are gradually building traction, with a pipeline including tens of thousands of properties.

Our ESG and IoT integrations are built on top of our basic property management features, which enable tenants to have more control over their property. They have a more direct communication line with their landlord and with other local residents promoting a stronger community. Our app fully automates the tenant journey, from the initial viewing, signing contracts, paying rent, managing maintenance issues, compliance certificates and more.

Our users access Gridizen through mobile apps and a web portal, both of which are live and available.
