We’ve built an innovation platform that helps companies surface and accelerate bottoms-up innovation from employees. Through our ideation platform, employees propose an idea, the value to the business, and ask for help from other employees on making the idea a reality. Other employees can then comment on the idea, upvote it, and offer to be part of the idea, if they desire. For executives, we're building an analytics dashboard to help them leverage the insights from the idea platform. Powered by machine learning and sentiment analysis, the dashboard offers visibility into innovation and culture patterns. Who is driving change? What do our employees like—and dislike—about our products and services? Where should we devote more resources and time?
