Granvizionne Development Corporation has two (2) existing land development projects. One is in Metro Tagaytay identified as the Country Homestead Farms and Residences; it is an eight hectare residential farm lot development and 95% sold out. The other is in SJDM Bulacan identified as EEJ North Villas; a 2 hectare lot only residential development and 100% sold out.

We have recently announced in-financing program for the construction of houses of our existing buyers. To date, we have successfully financed several houses within the projects and we would like to acquire Financial Business Partners to generate additional capitalization in order to grant pending applications of the other existing buyers. This Offering guarantees zero losses as our products do not expire and in cases where the buyer cannot fulfill his obligation, the house and lot unit will undergo foreclosure proceedings and will be reverted back as part of our inventories which we could sell (at higher price) in order to recover the cost of the house construction. It is also important to note that our projects are located in key locations making our inventories very saleable.

We have upcoming projects within the Metro Tagaytay Area. The properties were already acquired in full by our company and we are looking for capable business partners with sizable financial assets to join us in developing medium end housing units.
