We are building two connected layers.

First, we build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows inside real company environments. Our platform helps companies turn messy internal processes into working AI systems, and our forward-deployed engineers work directly with client teams to design, ship, and improve those systems end to end.

Second, we help companies find the people who can actually work in an AI-native way. While hiring our own forward-deployed engineers, we realized AI implementation is not only a systems problem. It is also a people problem. Companies need engineers, operators, and generalists who can use AI to build, automate, and execute.

The assessment system we built for our own FDE hiring is now becoming Grail’s AI-native recruitment practice: an outcome-based hiring model focused on finding and vetting people who can create real leverage with AI.
