Grafter is a ‘free digital solution for engaging flexible workers for immediate business needs’. It provides an online service for businesses looking for project, event, temporary or seasonal staff to find and engage people looking for work.

Grafter will disrupt the traditional temp agency model through the free digital staffing platform that puts workers and business in direct contact through a simplified, transparent and trusted solution.

Grafter was launched in June 2017 as a mobile-first solution, adding a responsive web app in December. After attracting 5,000 registered ‘Grafters’ in just a few months, the Company secured seed funding (CrowdCube) in September 2017 – exceeding all expectations with overfunding by 156%. By December 2017 the platform had 8,000 registered users and over 650 searches performed.
