At gradem, we don't believe in hierarchical structure for management. We rarely hire. And when we do hire, that person is usually smarter than everyone else in the company. Because our product requires being on the forefront of innovation, our company culture reflects that in its innovative structure. We like to move fast at gradem, spending time on the things that matter -- product and people. Working on problems that matter and impact humanity at a large scale is our mission at gradem. And what bigger problem is there to tackle than improving the capacity for learning. We believe that the revolution of online learning has just begun and new innovative tools will be required to augment the online scholar's education.
