Graddus careers

Graddus is an AI and Big Data based platform that captures more than 150 variables from each student (interests, preferences, academic performance, location, skills...) through a unique assessment method.

With that level of data points, we perform a match between the student profile with all the real academic options that the student has. For each of the options, Graddus provides crucial information about the admission process, tuition fees, etc. and complemented with updated information about the labor market. This is combined with psychometric results about their skills and profile.

In parallel, Graddus gives to counseling services dept a good overview of the class and is able to identify which students need more help. This allows schools to define a proper educative strategy with data intelligence foundations.
